Horizon Healthcare Innovations, a subsidiary of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, along with Duke University School of Nursing and Rutgers College of Nursing, today announced a collaborative partnership to train at least 200 nurses over the next two years to be Population Care Coordinators throughout primary care practices in New Jersey.

With demolition completed, work on the new permanent home of the James Valley Community Health Center is now under way at the Huron Mall. Being built in the former Osco Drug space, the clinic will feature 12 exam rooms, one procedure room and lab and X-ray services.
